This year’s Roser Park Tour of homes will feature four historic homes plus the new commercial renovation happening at the edge of our neighborhood and a new community garden built by the neighborhood. Two of the homes have never been on a tour of homes before! One of the homes was on our tour in 2024 as a major gutted property, but now is finished project, a labor of love that kept all the historic features.
The event will be from 10AM until 3PM (last check-in at 2PM). You can take the tour anytime between those times. You should plan one to two hours.
Star Trolley will run complementary tours as well this year, with Rui Farias from St. Petersburg Museum of History as your guide!
ALSO this year, your tour includes a wine tasting. Three of the homes will have a wine tasting for an additional fee. If you want to choose the wine tasting option, be sure to select the appropriate ticket from the dropdown below.
Tickets are $25 or $35 with the optional wine tasting.
This event will run rain or shine. No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled by HRPNA.
Please bring your payment confirmation (digital is ok!) with you on March 21st to the welcome table (located at the intersection of 9th Avenue S and MLK JR Street) Check-in closes at 2pm.
Free parking is available in the WEST Bayfront Parking garage (726 7th Ave S., St. Petersburg). Maps will be provided at the welcome table.
Limited handicapped parking is available at (___________________________). However, please be aware that this is a walking tour and our homes and sidewalks have a lot of stairs.
